Manoj Kumar

Manoj joined the team at RDT Pacific in 2016 as an Assistant Project Manager after completing his Master’s degree in Construction Management.

 

Experience

Since joining us, Manoj has provided invaluable support to senior staff with projects for key clients in the Industrial, Commercial, and Residential sectors.

With his interest in the contractual laws including NZS3910 and strong contract administration skills, he has been undertaking Engineer to the Contract Representative roles on multiple Housing New Zealand Projects, some of which have attained NZGBC Homestar.

He also stands out for his love for sustainable design and practices. His notable pursuit in the domain are mastering the WELL Building standard to become a WELL Accredited Professional.

Manoj also brings with him sound project coordination experience on residential and commercial projects overseas.
