Egbert Koekoek

Egbert is a confident and versatile Project Manager who, before joining RDT Pacific, ran his own construction company for 16 years (10 years as a site manager). His attributes include well-honed interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with people at all levels in an organisation and from different cultures and backgrounds.

He has a proven background in managing multi-skilled teams and training new staff. With excellent organisational skills and an ability to prioritise and manage multiple responsibilities, Egbert consistently meets deadlines on the projects with which he has been entrusted.

Holding a Gold Site Safe Passport, Egbert ensures health and safety procedures, quality assurance standards and compliance with regulations are fit-for-purpose for each project.

Egbert is currently managing construction of the Taupō-nui-a-Tia Block-L weathertightness remediation project, Te Rangihouhiri Marae and various other projects for the Ministry of Education.
