Wiri Logistics Estate, South Auckland
When LOGOS partnered with AustralianSuper Pty Ltd to develop the Wiri Logistics Estate in South Auckland, they acquired an additional 14 ha of land to transform the 24 ha site into a $500 million prime estate offering 120,00 m² of industrial space.
RDT Pacific was engaged by AustralianSuper Pty Ltd, to conduct an independent technical due diligence overview of the project prior to contract signing.
RDT Pacific provided Project Management and Quantity Surveying services that focused on coordinating the preparation of Technical Due Diligence Reports by the appointed project consultants to cover: Planning, traffic, environmental, geotechnical, structural and civil, an evaluation of the technical risks and recommendations for mitigative actions with the proposed transaction, a peer review of the cost estimates prepared by others and provision of an overall Estate estimate and an overarching Technical Due Diligence Report.
