Mark Fraser

Mark Fraser is an independent director at RDT Pacific, with extensive experience in property development, urban land development, and construction. He has a proven track record in organisational change and performance improvement, making significant contributions to both executive and board-level transformations.

Currently serving as the General Manager, Urban Development and Delivery at Kāinga Ora, Mark oversees large-scale residential and infrastructure projects. His governance experience includes roles such as Deputy Chair of the LEAD Alliance (formerly Piritahi) and Director for the New Zealand Green Building Council (NZGBC).

As an independent director, Mark brings a wealth of expertise in stakeholder management, strategic planning, and risk identification. Mark's governance experience in property-related roles significantly strengthens our board, contributing to our mission of delivering high-quality, sustainable property solutions.
