Mark Fraser

Mark Fraser is an independent director at RDT Pacific, with extensive experience in property development, urban land development, and construction. He has a proven track record in organisational change and performance improvement, making significant contributions to both executive and board-level transformations.

With senior leadership and governance experience across large-scale residential and infrastructure programmes, Mark has played key roles in organisations such as Kāinga Ora, the LEAD Alliance (formerly Piritahi), and the New Zealand Green Building Council (NZGBC).

As an independent director, Mark brings a wealth of expertise in stakeholder management, strategic planning, and risk identification. His governance experience in property-related roles significantly strengthens our board, contributing to our mission of delivering high-quality, sustainable property solutions.
