Liz has a background in education and training, which she has carried into her career in the people space. She is passionate about creating workplaces where individuals and teams feel supported, valued, and inspired to thrive. In her role as Head of People at RDT Pacific, Liz focuses on fostering growth, collaboration, and inclusivity while driving initiatives that help attract, develop, and retain top talent. With a hands-on approach, she works to ensure RDT Pacific remains a fantastic place to work.
