Russell has been in the construction industry for over 15 years. Beginning his career in the civil sector, he has advanced to project management in the educational sector, with experience in residential and commercial projects as well.

Over time, Russell has demonstrated strong leadership capabilities and a relentless drive for growth.

With exceptional interpersonal skills, a high degree of self-motivation, confidence, and assertiveness, Russell now serves as the Lead Project Manager on various projects.

He has shown great ability to manage time and respond rapidly to changing situations, particularly with the dynamic nature of the construction industry. With this and the ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with team members, prospects, clients, consultants and main contractors he has managed to facilitate the accomplishment of successful project outcomes.

Russell has a passion and enthusiasm for construction and working with others to achieve organisational goals and shows an excellent attention to detail and ability to drive projects forward.
