Tim Walker

Tim is an experienced manager with a background in construction, design management and asset maintenance focused on helping logistics and retail businesses get the best value out of their property assets, and increase warehouse efficiency and performance.

With more than a decade of experience in this specialised area, Tim provides the link between the logistics industry, property and construction, matching the requirements of one with the capabilities of the other. He is backed  by a track record of sales growth in the specialist contracting firms he has managed.

Tim has delivered projects and has been involved in consulting engagements for global industry leaders including Goodman, Toll, Kuehne & Nagle, CEVA Logistics, DB Schencker Volkswagen as well as infrastructure projects such as New Zealand Defence Force Runways & Taxiways. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Civil & Structural Engineering and an MBA from the University of Auckland.
