RDT Pacific provided Project Management services to Augusta Capital for the development of the Radisson Hotel on Man Street in Queenstown.

Augusta Capital purchased a the site at 17-19 Man Street immediately above the Queenstown CBD and en route to the Queenstown Gondola to build this 5-star, boutique hotel.

The central Queenstown location is within walking distance of key sights and eateries while sitting in an elevated position which provides premium, uninterrupted views out to the Remarkables and across Lake Wakatipu.

The hotel includes six levels, with 61 rooms, a penthouse suite, a restaurant and street-front retail shops.
