Te Pureoranga – Waikato Regional Renal Centre
A state-of-the-art dialysis centre in Hamilton, Te Pureoranga – Waikato Regional Renal Centre enhances renal care, training, and research. Designed with sustainability and cultural principles in mind, it provides a modern and supportive environment for patients and whānau.
RDT Pacific was pleased to support this important healthcare project, providing Quantity Surveying services from business case development through to construction completion. Along with our close monitoring of the project budget, the implementation of a ‘rolling final account agreement’ with the Main Contractor provided greater cost certainty throughout, contributing to financial efficiency and value-driven outcomes across the project lifecycle. Working closely with project partners, we helped navigate financial and logistical challenges to support the delivery of a high-quality facility within budget.
Our experience in healthcare infrastructure allowed us to assist with risk management, procurement efficiencies, and sustainability-focused solutions. The centre is targeting a 5 Green Star rating, reflecting a commitment to sustainable construction and long-term asset value.
